We take every precaution when filming, but there are cases where natural disasters, man-made disasters, unforeseen accidents, traffic problems, illness, equipment problems, etc.

The storage and retention period for recorded video and photo data is three months after the end of filming.

We cannot guarantee that your data will be reissued after that.

If the equipment breaks down, is damaged or lost due to reasons for which you are responsible, you will be charged for the repairs.

In addition, if the equipment is lost or becomes unusable due to reasons for which you are responsible (including theft or fire), we will charge you the price of the product as compensation for damages, calculated according to standards we have determined.
